Our fees

Our fees are transparent from the outset, which is why we have chosen to publish our minimum fees to provide certainty regarding costs.

All of our prices are in GBP and are exclusive of VAT. The fees below do not include disbursements, which when incurred will be in addition to our fees.


General Fees

Initial fixed fee consultation: £300

Blended Hourly Rate (if not retained on a fixed fee agreement): £350

Divorce

Court Application fee: £593

Financial Remedy

Financial negotiations over a three month period: £4,000

First Directions Appointment: £6,500

Financial Dispute Resolution Hearing: £8,000

For a one day Final Hearing: £25,000

Fact Finding Hearing (1 day): £7,000

Dispute Resolution Appointment (DRA): £4,500

Matrimonial Agreements

*Please note if the purchase is with the assistance of a mortgage (other than a private mortgage) we do not accept instructions for the purchase of freehold or leasehold property.

  • All the fees specified as a guide price are ‘not less than’ the amount stated.

  • Fees are sensitive and, therefore, case-specific; there will be variations depending upon the circumstances of the particular matter or transaction.

  • We will endeavor to agree to a fixed price fee where appropriate.
